This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced practitioners and new graduates to provide high-quality care in a collaborative outpatient setting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide comprehensive primary or specialty care to patients, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating common illnesses, and managing chronic conditions. - Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and X-rays to guide treatment plans. - Prescribe medications and other treatments within the scope of practice and state regulations. - Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans. - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the patient's electronic medical record. - **Education:** Master's degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. - **Licensure:** Active State License. - **Certification:** Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner. - **Experience:** New Graduates are welcome to apply. - **Language:** Bilingual Spanish is preferred. - **Soft Skills:** Must possess strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach. - **Competitive Compensation:** Enjoy a competitive annual salary of $260,000+ annually - **Comprehensive Benefits:** - Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (Employer covers %) - Vacation Paid Time Off (PTO) - Holidays - $10,000 Relocation Expense Assistance - **Work Schedule:** Full-time position with a stable schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, 5 days (1 weekend per month, no compensation). - **Professional Growth:** Gain valuable experience in a collaborative, innovative, and supportive environment alongside experienced physicians and specialists. - **Impactful Work:** Contribute to a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes.
