You'll deliver client-centered medical care across residential and detox levels of care, collaborating closely with nursing, psychiatry, and primary care to help clients reclaim health and independence. With a passionate leadership team, we empower our clients to reclaim their freedom and build a healthier future. **Responsibilities:** Perform comprehensive H&Ps and ongoing medical evaluations; review labs and monitor therapeutic levels. - Manage acute issues/sick calls and develop safe, compliant discharge and transition plans. - Provide medical support for adult residential and detox programs; coordinate with psychiatry and PCPs. - Optimize post-discharge medications; assist with prior authorizations and cost-effective options. - Document in the EHR in a timely and accurate manner; uphold quality, safety, and regulatory standards. - Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to program improvements. - If applicable: Evaluate and manage MAT (e.g., buprenorphine) per credentialing and state regulations. **Qualifications:** **Required:** - Active Massachusetts license as NP (CRNP) or PA; national certification in good standing. - Minimum of two (2) years of post-graduate experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Addiction Medicine or a related clinical setting with experience treating individuals with Substance Use Disorder (SUD), and/or in adult medicine providing chronic and acute care. - Interdisciplinary collaboration experience; comfort in residential/detox settings. **Preferred:** - Experience with MAT and withdrawal management protocols. - Familiarity with medication prior authorization and cost-containment. - EHR proficiency; participation in quality/safety initiatives. **Salary:** Compensation: $155,000 and up annually, (dependent on experience, certification, experience) + full benefits **Pyramid CORE Values:** We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.
