Be the change you wish to see—right when your contributions are needed most. **What You’ll Do:** As a Nurse Practitioner at CleanSlate, you’ll play a vital clinical role in treating patients with opioid and alcohol use disorders through medication-assisted treatment (MAT). You’ll work alongside a team of dedicated medical and behavioral health professionals to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide medication-assisted treatment using buprenorphine, Vivitrol, Sublocade, and Brixadi - Evaluate patients and determine individualized treatment plans - Monitor patient progress and adjust medications as needed - Collaborate with physicians and care teams on complex cases - Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR within 48 hours - Participate in clinical meetings, training, and quality improvement efforts - Support telemedicine and occasional regional coverage as needed **What We’re Looking For:** - Active NP license and DEA registration in state of employment - Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program - Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills - Experience in addiction medicine or behavioral health preferred - Comfort with EMRs and a fast-paced clinical setting **Why CleanSlate?** - Monday–Friday schedule; No Weekends, No Night, No On-call - Generous PTO, floating holiday, and paid company holidays - Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, HSA/FSA - Company-paid life, disability, and malpractice insurance - Continuing Education Support: CME allowance + CME PTO for professional development - Mission-driven team with growth opportunities and support
