We are an Enhanced Services Facility (ESF) providing specialized medical, behavioral, and housing support for adults (18+) facing behavioral health challenges. ESFs are a unique residential model in Washington State, designed to serve individuals who may not thrive in traditional long-term care but still need structured, therapeutic support in a community-based setting. Many of our residents are younger and physically able-bodied, working toward greater independence and personal stability. Our staff play a key role in helping residents reclaim their autonomy, overcome long-standing challenges, and live self-directed lives.
