Other duties as assigned. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Proven history of positive interpersonal relationship with physicians and hospital staff. [Required] - Demonstrates knowledge of computers and information systems. [Required] - Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs. [Required] - Strong communication skills in both the written and verbal form. [Required] - Demonstrates Standards of Behaviors. Ability to interact with the public and staff at all levels possessing positive communication skills. [Required] - Excellent customer service/communication skills. [Required] - Ability to develop outstanding rapport and work well with the physicians & staff. [Required] - Ability to communicate effectively and present information to both large and small groups. [Required] - Computer knowledge and skills, prior experience with an Electronic Health Record. [Required] - Knowledge of regulatory standards strongly preferred. - Experience using an electronic medical record (EMR) preferred. - Collaborates effectively with healthcare team members and participates in departmental goal setting consistent with the hospital's mission. [Required] - Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) required, with ACLS and PALS certification within six months of hire preferred. - Demonstrates leadership, critical thinking skills, and consistent behaviors and attitudes aligned wit…
