Nurse Intern - Telemetry I (Part Time) - 6162

**St. Mary's Medical Center** is seeking a **Nurse Intern** for our **Tele 1** Department. The Nurse Intern will assist in the delivery of patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. **Education Requirements:** Documental proficiency of basic technical skills and current enrollment in an approved school of nursing or a graduate from an approved school of nursing in the process of receiving a temporary permit. **** **Work Requirement:** Each Nurse Intern (RN) must work a minimum twenty hours a week. Individual exceptions may be made by the Clinical Manager related to school and clinical schedules. **** **Certifications/Skills:** BLS required. Verbal ability required to communicate with patients and understand instructions received from nursing staff; manual dexterity required to use hands easily and skillfully while aiding patients.
