You’ll lead engaging classroom discussions on med-surg, fundamentals, pharmacology, and more. We don’t want monotone PowerPoints; we want your real-world stories and clinical wisdom. **Lead Clinicals:** Take a small group of eager, hungry students to the hospital floor. Watch them fumble, then grow. Correct, then praise. You’ll be the calm, competent voice they remember for their entire career. **Shape Culture:** You’ll instill not just clinical skills, but compassion, critical thinking, and professionalism. Our students don’t just pass the NCLEX—they become the kind of nurses you’d want caring for your own family. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** - Master’s degree, preferably in Nursing; acceptable if a baccalaureate degree is in nursing. - Graduation from an accredited Nursing program recognized by the S.
