Nurse Educator (1099 Independent Contractor)

Join us as we continue to make a difference.... - This position is for an Independent Contract Nurse to cover **the entire state of Connecticut.** - This is a flexible contract position traveling to patient's homes to train on injection techniques. **Training requests range from 1-3 a month.** - Complete the patient training on their schedule within our guidelines. Each training takes about 1-2 hours on average. - Number of trainings will vary, depending on the number of new enrollments - Compensated for each training + mileage Compensation: In the spirit of transparency, this role pays $160 per patient training plus travel time ($55/hr after the first hour), mileage reimbursement, and other job-necessary expenses. This role is for an independent contractor/1099 and therefore benefits are not included. - RN license in state providing services (Connecticut) - Carry liability Insurance (can purchase at a later date) - Driver’s license and car insurance - Computer skills, personal computer, personal cellphone - Exceptional communication, training and interpersonal relationship skills
