## Overview CenCore’s National Security CST Program is intended to assist those candidates that have a construction or similar background receive a clearance and start their government contracting career as a cleared Construction Surveillance Technician. If you possess the necessary qualifications and a Top-Secret security clearance or higher, we encourage you to apply for a position with our esteemed organization. ## Description Responsibilities: - Conduct continuous surveillance of the construction site to ensure adherence to security protocols and construction standards. - Monitor and control access to the construction site, ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed entry. - Verify that construction activities comply with established plans, specifications, and security requirements. - Identify and report any security breaches, safety violations, or non-compliance issues to the appropriate authorities. - Maintain detailed logs and records of daily activities, incidents, and observations. - Coordinate with construction managers, security personnel, and other stakeholders to address and resolve any security or compliance issues. - Perform regular inspections of the construction site to ensure that all work meets quality and security standards. - Provide regular updates and reports to project managers and other relevant parties on the status of construction activities and any identified issues. - Ensure that all construction activities are conducted in a safe manner and in accordance with safety protocols. ## Requirements Requirements: U.S. Citizenship required; must provide a valid U.S. Passport Book or Passport Card. Able to receive Top Secret SCI clearance and pass a Polygraph (sponsored by CenCore);Able to complete 2080 hours sponsorship agreement. Be 18 years or older. Have or be perusing a bachelor's degree in a construction, engineering or similar field. Be able to walk, stand, or traverse distance for an entire shift.
