Non-CDL Company Truck Driver

Lynco Products is located in Milan, Illinois. We are a full-service distributor, manufacturer, and importer of impulse, convenience, automotive, and consumer goods products. As we continue to grow, we are adding a Route Truck Driver / Company Truck Driver to our team! Our ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to safe, efficient driving. This role involves inventory transports between our buildings in the Quad Cities area using a single axle 26' box truck. **Pay:** $20.50/hour **Hours:** Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm with overtime as needed. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** - Safely operate a single axle 26' box truck to transport inventory between company locations within the Quad City Area. - Perform pre and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck meets safety standards. - Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate with the team regarding any delivery issues or delays. - Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety guidelines. - Perform inventory movements within our operating system. - Assist with the delivery and loading of goods. - Operate material handling equipment (forklifts – stand up/sit down/order selector/motorized pallet jack) as needed. - Assist in the Receiving Department as needed. **Job Qualifications:** - **An existing Class C Non-CDL (or higher) required.** - Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and DOT drug screening. - Previous experience operating commercial vehicles or box trucks preferred. - Familiarity with the Quad Cities area is a plus. - Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand,walking, bend, and lift throughout the workday. - Strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment. **What We Offer:** - Competitive wages starting at $20.50/hour. - Paid vacation and personal time. - Health, dental, and vision insurance plans. - Voluntary short/long-term disability and life insurance. - Holiday pay plan. - 401K plan with company match, 100% vested upon admission. - Employee merchandise discount.
