## Description The Non-Agency Subservicing Sales Executive, is a key position that is responsible for sourcing, developing and securing new subservicing relationships with Independent Mortgage Banks ("IMB's"), and other financial intermediaries for the following business purpose lending products: Residential Transition Loans (RTL), Non-Qualified Mortgages (NQM), Non-Performing/Reperforming Loans (NPL/RPL) Single Family Rental Loans (SFR) and 2nd lien products. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Subservicing Sales, Client and Transaction Management, this position is specifically focused on developing new and existing relationships within the targeted client segments of originators, investors, and other mortgage servicing asset owners to expand BSI's subservicing portfolio. The ideal candidate must have three primary things: a) deep industry knowledge, b) a well-established and demonstratable network within the mortgage finance and capital markets space and c) a proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation and relationship building. Job Functions and Responsibilities: - Identify, source and qualify subservicing prospects from private money lenders, banks, credit unions, investment banks, credit funds, hedge funds, IMB's as well as purchased lists, and other lead sources - Develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to each prospective client's needs, focusing on the unique value proposition of the company's mortgage subservicing solutions - Work with marketing and product teams to develop sales presentation materials, case studies and other materials to support the sales efforts - Develop sales forecasts and pipelines, ensuring achievement of quarterly and annual revenue goals - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, building brand awareness and positioning the company as a thought leader in the mortgage subservicing space - Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting to contract negotiation, execution and deal closure - Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities from prospect to closed deal following the sales process and documenting in Salesforce.com Relationship Development - Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives and other key stakeholders, including capital markets teams, secondary marketing, and correspondent lending leaders - Serve as a consultative partner to prospects, educating them on servicing options, onboarding processes, and performance expectations Market Strategy & Intelligence - Monitor mortgage market trends, MSR pricing conditions, regulatory changes, and competitive activity - Provide insight-driven recommendations to leadership regarding product positioning, market opportunities, and strategic direction - Stay informed about industry developments that affect subservicing and MSR acquisition environments Collaboration & Internal Support - Partner with Operations and Onboarding teams to ensure that service levels and client expectations are consistently exceeded - Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and updates on pipeline, performance, and market activity Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree required - Seasoned mortgage servicing professional with a minimum of 10+ years’ experience in the RTL, SFR, and other BPL space, prior subservicing / servicing experience is highly preferred. Experience understanding excess spread and other structured finance trades are a strong plus - Established network of mortgage banking and financial services contacts, including but not limited to mortgage bankers, banks, private investors, community banks, REITs, credit unions and other financial intermediaries.
