#### **Position:** Nokia Project Coordinator #### **Location:** Onsite, UAE #### **Company:** XAD Technologies #### **Salary Range:** Competitive (based on experience) #### **Availability:** Immediate Joiners Preferred #### **Job Responsibilities:** - Coordinate and manage Nokia telecom projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance. - Act as a liaison between internal teams, Nokia, and clients to facilitate seamless project execution. - Handle project documentation, progress tracking, and reporting to stakeholders. - Ensure alignment with Nokia's standards and project requirements. - Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and procurement for project needs. - Coordinate site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. - Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving project-related issues. - Work closely with field engineers and technicians to optimize network implementation. - Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met as per deadlines. - Report project updates, risks, and challenges to senior management. #### **Requirements:** - Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in telecom project coordination, preferably with Nokia projects. - Strong understanding of Nokia wireless, microwave, or fixed network technologies. - Experience in UAE telecom projects, working with operators like Etisalat and Du. - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and reporting software. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. - Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
