Nightshift Maintenance Technician

In this hands-on role, you'll diagnose and repair equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, fabricate and install replacement parts, and work with team members to ensure machinery and facilities operate safely and efficiently. **Responsibilities:** - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime and keep production running efficiently. - Perform preventative maintenance and routine equipment upkeep to ensure machines operate safely and reliably. - Set up, fabricate, and repair machine components using machine tools, hand tools, and power tools - Test, maintain, and improve machinery and facility systems, working closely with production and maintenance teams to support plant operations **Qualifications:** - Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. - Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective repairs. - High school diploma or GED preferred; related post-secondary education, maintenance training, or equivalent experience is a plus. **Reasons to join our TEAM:** - Paid on-the-job training - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Life insurance - 401(k) - Paid time off - Employee assistance program - And more EOE-Veteran's & Disabilities
