You will monitor and document behaviors, monitor and join the Youth during Recreation time and assist and mentor the youth while they learn and develop within the program. **To be considered you should:** Possess a High School Diploma or GED and 40 hours of college education OR have one-year experience working with youth in organized group activities and possess a valid Driver’s License. **Schedule:** Our Night Youth Care Workers currently work 4 days per week. For Example – A Shift works 8 pm to 8 am Sunday through Wednesday; B Shift works 8 pm to 8am Wednesday through Saturday.
