Position Summary: Responsible for processing goods and emptying equipment for transportation flow according to GWH policy and ensuring the efficient and cost-effective operation and stewardship of the outlet store and donation center to maximize profitability for mission services funding. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Demonstrate GWH’s Core Values in all actions. - Ensure adherence to Guiding Principles and CARF standards. - Ensure alignment and consistency of all aspects of the outlet store operations. - Operate assigned equipment safely in accordance with organizational and safety policies and procedures. - Process donated goods efficiently and effectively based on GWH’s needs and adapt to changes in commodities processing as assigned. - Bale merchandise, identify and demonstrate understanding of items that can be baled together or items that cannot be baled but should be processed separately. - Assist with quality control assurance. - Maintain accurate bale count with production equivalent to eight (8) to ten (10) bales per 8-hour shift, averaging over one (1) bale per hour. - Sort totes and process each tote with urgency when assigned. -
