Job Skills / Requirements Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week 4:00PM-12:30AM Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday) $12/hr Job duties: Responsible for cleanliness of restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, and other designated facility areas. Routine building cleaning Restroom cleaning Window cleaning Trash and recycling removal/ policing ground for litter Sanitizing surfaces Floor Care Sweeping Mopping Vacuuming/Dusting Stocking supply rooms Requirements: Pass background checks and drug screening Must have valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Physical requirements: A LOT of walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently. Wear LACOSTA Shirt, close-toed shoes, long pants, and any other required PPE.
