The Role… At Soho House, the Night Cleaner plays a key role in ensuring that all areas of the property remain spotless, hygienic, and well-presented for members, guests, and staff. Working during overnight hours, you will carry out cleaning duties in public areas, restaurants, bars, offices, and back-of-house spaces to maintain the highest cleanliness standards. The Night Cleaner will work independently or as part of a small overnight team, ensuring that the property is ready for the next day’s operations. What's in it for you? Vacuum, mop, dust, polish, and sanitise surfaces to required standards. Deep clean areas not possible during daytime service hours (e.g., kitchens, carpets, event spaces). Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials where required. Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment. Follow health & safety and hygiene procedures at all times. Report maintenance issues or hazards identified during night shifts. Support with waste management and recycling processes. Work discreetly and professionally in member and guest-facing areas. What we are looking for... A successful Night Cleaner for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success. Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred. Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Reliability, discretion, and a professional attitude. Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. Ability to handle feedback to achieve member satisfaction Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below.
