Ignite Hotels combines disciplined operations with genuine hospitality, emphasizing teamwork, accountability, and delivering memorable guest experiences across its portfolio. **About the Role** The Night Auditor provides guest service during overnight hours while completing daily audit and reporting functions. This role supports smooth overnight operations and guest safety. **Essential Functions** - Greet and assist guests during overnight check-in and check-out. - Complete nightly audit procedures and balance daily financial transactions. - Prepare and distribute daily reports for management. - Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally during overnight hours. - Ensure compliance with cash handling, credit card processing, and audit procedures. - Maintain brand, product, and service standards at the front desk and lobby. - Monitor the property overnight to support guest safety and security. - Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for early morning needs or urgent issues. - Answer phones, manage emails, and respond to guest inquiries. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area. - Perform other duties as assigned. Employees are expected to maintain professional conduct and uphold company standards of service and integrity at all times. **Qualifications** **Experience** - Customer service or hospitality experience preferred; night audit or hotel front desk experience a plus. - Basic accounting, cash handling, or audit experience preferred. **Education** - High school diploma or GED required. **Skills & Abilities** - Comfortable working independently overnight. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial tasks. - Calm, professional approach to guest concerns and problem-solving. - Basic computer skills; PMS experience (Opera, Hotel Key, Choice Advantage, etc.) a plus. - Reliable, punctual, and dependable. **Availability** - Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs. **Physical Requirements** - Ability to stand for extended periods, walk the property, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. **Work Environment** This position operates in a hotel environment with frequent guest interaction and a fast-paced operational setting. **Reports To:** Front Office Manager and/or other designated Company leadership **Employment & Equal Opportunity** Employment is governed by applicable state and federal law.
