Guiados por un Corazón de Servicio, somos una empresa dedicada a Servir con pasión para superar las expectativas de nuestros clientes. **Peoria Location** **CCS Facility Services** is seeking a Night Area Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** - Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews - Multiple site visits per night in company provided vehicle for quality assurance - Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies - Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology - Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily - Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules - Other tasks and administrative duties **Required:** - Past supervisory experience - MUST be Bilingual (English / Spanish) - Driver’s License and good driving record **Competencies:** To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: - **Attendance/Punctuality**- Is consistently at work and on time. - **Dependability**- Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan - **Safety and Security**- Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly **Job Type: Full-time** - 401(k) - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Life insurance - Paid time off - Vision insurance **Schedule:** - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Night shift **Work Location: In person** **Salary $52,000 Depending on experience** CCS Facility Services business foundation is our people.
