In addition to our direct service program, we train and advise partner organizations across the country to strengthen their engagement and practice with family child care providers. The Program Associate plays a critical support role in the planning, coordination, and execution of programmatic initiatives. This role provides operational, administrative, and logistical support to ensure programs are delivered effectively, on time, and in alignment with organizational goals and funder expectations. The Program Associate works cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders, serving as a key connector between strategy and execution.
