We are committed to sustainability, employee well-being, and community support, and we foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement. # Job Summary ## Main Responsibilities: - Coordinate New Product introduction programme timeline with engineering and manufacturing team. - Collaborate with engineering departments to improve overall product yield and line performance. - Manage new part type performance indices, analyse, identify and communicate opportunity for improvement to achieve Best-in-Class product cycle time. - Build analytical capability to improve NPI line efficiency through automation, interactive software/ interface, and innovative products - Optimize site inventory management through analytic methodology and education. - Align business process, optimizing state-of-the-art scheduling logic, and setting up leading production report and indices. # Job Requirements, Qualifications/Experience - Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required - Experiences data analytic, data visualization, and data presentation using Microsoft, SQL or Phyton coding is a plus - Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels - Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning - Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus - Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable - Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred - Embody Micron’s core values**:** - **People –** Respect, develop, and empower others - **Innovation –** Drive continuous improvement and breakthrough thinking - **Tenacity –** Show grit and determination - **Collaboration –** Build trust and foster teamwork - **Customer Focus –** Deliver excellence and value **About Micron Technology, Inc.** We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life *for all*.
