We are seeking an energetic, hard-working Neurologist who is interested in helping this service line continue to grow. ## Qualifications **Qualifications** - Completion of appropriate License or Certification - Board Certified or Board Eligible - Washington State License - DEA - NPI - Completion of residency - ACLS certification (maintenance required) - Current CPR card (maintenance required) ## Additional Information **Highlights:** - Eligible for Production incentives - Up to **$90,000** in loan repayment - Up to **$20,000** in relocation assistance - $5,000 & 40 hours of CME allocations yearly - **10%** employer contribution to retirement plan (no match required) - Comprehensive benefit packages including medical, dental, vision, disability and life. - Full time, hospital employed position with a built in referral base - Paid malpractice and tail insurance **Wage** is $ $327,093 - 440,000, *this salary includes production, and quality incentives.
