SMX is seeking a **Network and Computer Systems Administrator** to provide 24x7 operational support for classified enterprise systems and mission networks. Responsibilities include proactive monitoring, incident response, break/fix support, configuration management, patch management, and system availability for critical Army mission systems. **This is a full-time onsite position in Ft. Bragg, NC.** **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** - Provide 24x7 operational support for enterprise systems. - Perform system monitoring and health checks. - Respond to outages and service interruptions. - Execute break/fix activities. - Implement patches and security updates. - Maintain system configurations. - Support change management processes. - Troubleshoot server and network issues. - Document incidents and corrective actions. - Coordinate with engineering teams during maintenance windows. **Required Skills, Experience & Education** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - 5+ years supporting enterprise IT operations. - Experience administering Windows and Linux servers. - Experience with VMware. - Experience troubleshooting enterprise networking. - Knowledge of Active Directory. - Experience implementing DISA STIGs. - Security+ CE. **Desired Skills/Experience** - GIAC certifications - Splunk. - CISSP - Microsoft Defender - CrowdStrike - ACAS - Army Cybersecurity experience Application Deadline: September 7, 2026 #CJPOST At SMX®, we are a team of technical and domain experts dedicated to enabling your mission.
