Netsuite Solution Architect

**Position Summary** **NetSuite Solution Architect** to lead the end-to-end solution design and implementation of NetSuite ERP. The Solution Architect will serve as the overall solution owner, responsible for translating business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions, driving architecture decisions, leading functional and technical design workshops, and ensuring successful delivery through go-live and hypercare. The project includes implementation of core financials, purchasing, fixed assets, inventory processes, project setup, and foundational revenue recognition capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** **Solution Architecture & Leadership** - Serve as the overall NetSuite Solution Architect and primary solution authority for the project. - Own the end-to-end NetSuite solution architecture and design. - Lead discovery, design confirmation, and solution workshops with executive and business stakeholders. - Ensure alignment between business objectives and NetSuite capabilities. - Define scalable future-state architecture supporting Oriden's growth strategy. **Record to Report (R2R)** - General Ledger - Financial Segmentation - Fixed Assets - Period Close - Treasury & Banking - Financial Reporting - Product Costing - Tax Management - Internal Controls **Procure to Pay (P2P)** - Supplier Management - Requisitions - Purchase Orders - Direct and Indirect Procurement - Receiving Processes - Vendor Payments **Order to Cash (O2C)** - Customer Management - Sales Order Processing - Returns - Customer Billing - Collections - Revenue Recognition Foundation **Inventory & Materials Management** - Serialized Inventory - Inventory Movements - Third-Party Storage Locations - Lot and Batch Tracking **Project Management** - Initial setup and configuration of NetSuite Projects module - Project structure design - Project cost tracking approach - Future-state Project-to-Cash roadmap **Revenue Management** - Initial setup and enablement of NetSuite ARM (Advanced Revenue Management) - Revenue recognition templates - Revenue automation strategy - Future-state revenue recognition roadmap **Required Qualifications** - 10+ years of ERP implementation experience. - 8+ years of NetSuite implementation experience. - 5+ full lifecycle NetSuite implementations as Solution Architect. - Strong expertise in: - NetSuite Financials - Procure to Pay - Order to Cash - Fixed Assets - Inventory Management - Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) - NetSuite Projects - Deep understanding of: - SuiteScript - Saved Searches - Workflows - Roles & Permissions - Financial Reporting - CSV Imports - Experience managing offshore delivery teams. - Strong client-facing consulting skills. - Ability to present solutions to executive leadership and CFO-level stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications** - NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification - NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification - NetSuite Administrator Certification - CPA, CMA, or Finance background preferred - Renewable Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure, or EPC industry experience preferred - Experience with SAP ECC to NetSuite migrations preferred
