NetSuite Senior Consultant

Our partner is looking for a NetSuite Senior Consultant based in India.** We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Senior Consultant to lead complex ERP transformation initiatives and deliver impactful solutions for growing businesses. This role offers the opportunity to act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through strategy, implementation, optimization, and long-term platform success. This is an ideal opportunity for a consultant who enjoys solving business challenges, leading implementations, and shaping innovative ERP solutions. ### Accountabilities: As a Senior NetSuite Consultant, you will lead end-to-end ERP consulting engagements, from initial strategy and solution design through implementation and ongoing optimization. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions, improve business processes, and support the growth of the consulting practice. - Provide strategic leadership and guidance for NetSuite initiatives, helping define implementation roadmaps and long-term platform strategies. - Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key client accounts, understanding business objectives and recommending tailored solutions. - Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of complex NetSuite solutions following industry best practices. - Develop scalable solutions through customization, integrations, and optimization strategies using NetSuite capabilities. - Manage implementation projects across all phases, including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and support. - Lead project activities, manage scope and requirements, and ensure delivery within agreed timelines and resources. - Facilitate configuration workshops, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Interface Testing (SIT), and end-user training sessions. - Define data migration strategies, coordinate migration activities, and perform gap analysis between business needs and system capabilities. - Mentor junior consultants by sharing knowledge, best practices, and technical expertise. - Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and helping organizations maximize the value of their ERP investments. - Stay updated on NetSuite ecosystem developments and contribute to process improvements, methodologies, and innovation initiatives. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is a skilled NetSuite professional with strong consulting experience, business acumen, and the ability to lead complex ERP projects. You should be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while delivering solutions that create measurable business value. - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline; MBA in Finance is a plus. - 3+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, consulting, and administration. - Experience leading NetSuite implementation projects and managing full project lifecycles. - Strong knowledge of NetSuite tools including SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk. - NetSuite certifications such as ERP Consultant or Administrator are preferred. - Strong understanding of finance, accounting, supply chain, consulting services, or industry-specific business processes. - Experience designing end-to-end ERP solutions aligned with business requirements. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills. - Ability to communicate ef…
