We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to build and evolve the internal applications that keep OTR running. You'll work across the full stack — .NET services on the back end, React on the front end — building the tools our operations, funding, and client-facing teams depend on every day. This is a high-impact role: the software you ship directly enables the business to operate and scale. You'll partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand real workflows, then design and deliver solutions that remove friction and unlock efficiency.
