We are seeking a highly skilled motivated **Junior .NET Developer** with a solid background in application development, strong expertise in .Net, and a keen focus on creating high-quality, reliable software. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards and drive continuous improvement in our development processes. If you are a self-motivated developer with a passion for learning and building scalable software solutions, we encourage you to apply and grow with our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities** - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established coding standards and best practices. - Assist in developing, maintaining, and enhancing software applications using .NET technologies. - Support debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software issues to ensure application stability and performance. - Contribute to unit testing and participate in functional and regression testing to maintain code quality. - Collaborate in Agile development activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. - Participate in code reviews to improve code quality and learn development best practices. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs. - Provide technical support and assist in resolving application-related issues. - Maintain and update technical documentation for the projects you contribute to. - Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and development practices. **Qualifications (Must Have)** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a software development/IT environment. - Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. - Familiarity with C# and the .NET framework (.NET Core knowledge is a plus). - Understanding of web development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Exposure to http://ASP.NET MVC or Web API. - Basic understanding of relational databases and database design concepts. - Experience with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. - Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong willingness to learn and grow. **Good to Have** - Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or http://Vue.js. - Exposure to Python or other backend technologies. - Basic knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts. - Exposure to AI/ML libraries or frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. - Experience with T-SQL, stored procedures, and user-defined functions (UDFs). - Familiarity with Entity Framework 6 and LINQ. - Exposure to SSIS and SSRS. **Compensation & Benefits** - Competitive base salary - Part of a highly skilled and collaborative team - Bonus available on performance - May require travel to the Mumbai office for one week every two months…
