We offer home, auto and accident and health insurance, as well as other specialty niche insurance products, through a large network of independent insurance agents, as well as directly to consumers. **Job Description** Responsible for creating or auditing a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims in either the auto or specialty lines leading to the proper disposition. Responsible for training, mentoring, controlling quality and providing technical assistance on material damage claims. The NEST Supplement Appraiser is a fully remote work at home position responsible for handling supplemental repair estimates with non-network repair facilities while ensuring accurate damage assessments, timely claim resolution, and exceptional customer service. This role requires strong material damage expertise, estimate writing skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with repair shops, customers, and internal partners. Responsibilities include reviewing and writing supplemental and original estimates, documenting claim activity, resolving repair-related concerns, and maintaining compliance with company standards. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong automotive estimating knowledge, and a solid insurance claims background. Additional state adjuster licenses are preferred, as the role supports multiple states, with primary business operations aligned to the Central Time Zone.
