Navy ERP Functional Consultants / SMEs - Hawaii

GovSG is seeking experienced SAP/ERP Functional Consultants/Subject Matter Experts to provide functional, technical, and operational expertise to ensure effective use, sustainment, and continuous improvement of the Navy’s Enterprise Resource Planning system. These roles will support the NAVAIR Navy ERP Business Offices to provide Business Solutions Management (functional expertise); Data Management (reporting and analytics); Customer Liaison (User Management and Training); and Operations Support. This is an on-site position in Pearl Harbor, HI. **Position Duties:** - Provide functional support for Navy ERP modules including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and coordination with Tier 2/3 teams. - Analyze, document, and optimize business processes to align with Navy ERP capabilities and enterprise requirements. - Assist users with transactions, workflows, reporting, data corrections, and job aids to enhance system proficiency and reduce operational disruptions. - Participate in testing efforts such as System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and deployment validation. - Support change management activities, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement. - Develop or refine functional documentation including process flows, SOPs, configuration guides, and functional requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including technical developers, data analysts, cybersecurity, and functional SMEs. - Monitor system performance, data quality, interfaces, and integration points to ensure continuity of operations. - Ensure compliance with auditability requirements, internal controls, cybersecurity standards, and governance. - Other duties as assigned **Position Required:** - Active DoD Secret Clearance - 5+ years of ERP (SAP ECC/S4/HANA) experience in DoD environment - Experience providing functional support in one or more SAP modules (AM, FI, FM, MM, CO, SD, WFM IM/WM, PS) - Understanding of DoD and DON financial management, supply chain, or program management policies. - Ability to analyze complex issues, interpret data, and recommend system or process solutions. - Strong communication skills for user support, requirements gathering, training, and coordination. **Position Desired:** - -5+ years experience providing ERP functional support for a Navy ERP Business Office. **Salary:** $110,000-$120,000.
