Embree Construction Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Superintendent to join our team. Responsibilities: Oversee the construction project, including scheduling, budgeting, and managing resources Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and contractors Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with design and code requirements Identify and resolve construction issues in a timely and efficient manner Provide progress reports and updates to management Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications Experience with construction management software and tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Forklift Operator certificate prefered We offer competitive salary packages, comprehensive benefits, and a dynamic and challenging work environment.
