A. Knowledge of principles of assessment and ability to modify treatment approaches based on patients’ response to interventions; B. Ability to prepare written treatment plans with objectives and interventions; C. Ability to conduct group and individual interventions; D. Knowledge of the dynamics and processes of a therapeutic relationship and of group therapy; E. Ability to provide therapeutic experiences that assist the patient to utilize and enhance their strengths, improve coping skills, and foster hope; F. Effective written and oral communication skills; G. Knowledge of professional standards of clinical documentation; H. Knowledge of professional code of ethics and the hospital’s ethical standards; and I.
