Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor

Nxt Property Management is seeking an experienced **Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor** to oversee maintenance operations across multiple apartment communities in the Salt Lake City area. Responsibilities include: - Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians - Prioritize and assign daily work orders - Perform maintenance and repairs as needed - Ensure apartments are move-in ready through quality unit turns - Inspect buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to maintain curb appeal - Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and other building systems - Coordinate preventative maintenance programs - Maintain inventory, supplies, and maintenance records - Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards - Provide outstanding customer service to residents - Assist neighboring communities when needed **What We're Looking For** **Required Qualifications:** - Previous maintenance supervisory experience in multifamily housing or a related industry - Strong leadership and team-building skills - Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities - Strong customer service and communication skills - Basic computer proficiency - Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English - Valid driver's license with reliable transportation **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with: - Plumbing repairs - Electrical repairs - Appliance repair - Drywall and painting - General carpentry - HVAC troubleshooting - Grounds maintenance - EPA and/or CPO certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) - Experience overseeing maintenance at multiple properties is a plus **Why Join Nxt Property Management?** At Nxt Property Management, we believe great communities start with great people.
