What You'll Do Lead daily operations, maintenance, and compliance activities across multiple wastewater facilities Manage budgets, financial performance, and capital improvement planning Recruit, train, coach, and develop operations staff Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance What We're Looking For Georgia Class 1 Wastewater Operator License (or equivalent) Experience with MBR systems preferred 5+ years of wastewater operations and supervisory experience Municipal wastewater treatment leadership experience Experience managing multiple facilities and budgets Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills Valid driver's license College degree Relocation assistance may be available available.
