MRI Technologist

Were looking for an experienced **MRI Technologist** to join a collaborative healthcare team in **Boston, MA** for a **3-month contract role**. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality imaging and ensuring exceptional patient care, this could be a great fit. ### **What You'll Be Doing:** - Performing accurate and high-quality MRI scans in a clinical setting. - Reviewing patient histories and screening for safety concerns (e.g. pacemakers, metal implants). - Explaining procedures and helping patients feel comfortable and relaxed. - Administering contrast agents when needed and following all safety protocols. - Working closely with physicians and radiologists to ensure precise imaging. - Monitoring and maintaining MRI equipment to ensure optimal performance. - Assisting with onboarding and mentoring of junior MRI staff. - Keeping detailed documentation of findings and reporting any issues or abnormalities. ### **What Were Looking For:** - **ARRT certification** (MRI or Radiologic Technology) - **BLS certification** (required) - Previous experience operating MRI equipment in a hospital or clinic setting - Strong knowledge of MRI safety protocols and procedures - Clear communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first approach - Attention to detail and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment ### ⭐ **Bonus Points For:** - ARMRIT certification - Advanced or specialized MRI training - Experience in high-volume or emergency settings If you're a certified MRI Technologist who's ready to make a difference and thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment even for just a few months we'd love to hear from you.
