MRI Technologist

**Overview** Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting multiple MRI Technologists to support the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System located at 6900 N Pecos Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89086. Full-time and part-time opportunities across multiple shift schedules are available. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers’ success as if it is their own. **Responsibilities** - Provides MRI care covering the range of services provided in a state-of-the-art medical treatment facility, at a standard of care that equals or exceeds facility standards and the TJC - Adheres to the ARRT Practice Guidelines and Technical Standards in the science of radiology to improve the quality of services to patients - Promotes the safe and effective use of diagnostic radiology through the utilization of specific training, skills, and techniques - Performs organ-specific and subspecialty-specific imaging including: - Abdomen - Gastrointestinal - Abdomen - Genitourinary - Breast Imaging - Pelvis - Neuroradiology Imaging - Cadiovascular/Extremity - Musculoskeletal - Performs related administrative tasks **Qualifications** - High School Diploma - Certificate of Completion from a Radiologic Technologist training program accredited by an institution recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), and/or the JCERT - Advanced certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (ARRT-MR) is required - A minimum of one (1) year of proven clinical experience in MRI in a Level 1 hospital setting is preferred - Previous Siemens equipment experience is preferred - No sponsorship available **All candidates must be able to:** - Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift - Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist - Lift up to 20 lbs - Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance - Push/pull with 30 lbs of force **All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.**
