All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Schedule:** PRN **Shift:** Day (United States of America) **Address:** 2300 LONESTAR RD **City:** MANSFIELD **State:** Texas **Postal Code:** 76063 **Job Description:** **PRN, as needed** **PRN Rate: $47.58/hour** **Coverage Need: Monday - Friday Days** **No Call Requirement** - Ensures exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use, and that all equipment undergoes routine cleaning and safety checks. - Notifies appropriate personnel when inventory is low. Educates patients and family members about MRI procedures, contrast use, and safety precautions, promoting comfort and cooperation throughout the exam. - Positions patients accurately and comfortably using appropriate immobilization and coil placement techniques to ensure high-quality imaging. - Prepares and administers IV contrast material following safety guidelines and monitors patients for adverse reactions. - Performs and documents daily system quality control (QC) checks in compliance with departmental policies and regulatory requirements. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Ability to communicate effectively and work with people of various diverse backgrounds [Required] - Knowledge of MRI procedures [Required] - Knowledge of MRI scanners [Required] - Ability to learn and grow with new technology [Required] - Customer Service skills [Required] **Education:** - Associate [Preferred] - High School Grad or Equiv [Required] **Work Experience:** - 1+ years experience in radiology and completion of MRI training program [Preferred] **Additional Information:** - Texas MRT license (Required) **Licenses and Certifications:** - Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] - Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging (R.T.(MR)ARRT)) [Required] OR Registered MRI Technologist (ARMRIT) [Required] **Physical Requirements:** *(Please click the link below to view work requirements)* Physical Requirements - https://tinyurl.com/2vvwrzem **Pay Range:** $29.60 - $55.05 *This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.*
