Collaborating with the Contents Coordinator. - Deliver thorough, proactive & direct communication with internal staff, customers, and insurance adjusters. - Meet homeowners and adjusters on-site to assist in issue resolution and provide a professional opinion. - Ensure proper moving to prevent damages to any personal property or the job site. - Issue resolution - be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in an effective and timely manner. - Maintain clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks. - Manage projects and existing crew. - Supervise pack-outs/pack-backs and inventory/evaluation of items. - Warehouse organization. - This position may assist on demo jobs, if needed. - This position will require lifting. **Team Compensation and Benefits:** - PTO and UPT allotement. - 401K and matching. - Health insurance - half paid by the company. - Leadership Development - our company grows from the inside. - Cross-training opportunities to advance your career - Paid training - Job referral bonus - Great culture and team dynamic - Hourly pay: $20.00 to $24.00/hour based on experience and certifications. - Commission based on job profit. **Team Qualifications (Requirements):** - Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude - Dedication to customer service - Ability to lead others from diverse backgrounds - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - IICRC Training & Certifications a plus, but not required!
