We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Mortgage Loan Officer** to join our team and help drive the loan process from application to closing with accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. Our Mortgage Loan Officers assist our members as they kick-start their dreams of home ownership. With your working knowledge of mortgage loan policies, credit granting criteria and interest rates, you are the “go-to” loan officer for our home-financing clients. You can discuss loan alternatives, credit criteria, interest rates and loan documentation in a way that borrowers understand and feel positive about. You are able to come from a point-of-view for those that do not qualify that is it not a “no”, but rather, a “not yet” and you ensure they know exactly what they need to do in order to achieve their goals. **This position is an in-person position in Cheyenne, Wyoming.** Base hourly pay plus incentives. **This position is for you if:** - You are passionate about helping members achieve their home ownership goals. - You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. - The details excite you- ensuring loan details are correct and within compliance, - You have previous mortgage lending experience. **Requirements:** Previous mortgage lending experience required. **Pay Information:** **Starting Range:** $22.91/hr. - $28.63/hr. **Full Range:** $22.91/hr. - $34.36/hr.
