**Ultradent**, the global name in oral health is seeking an **Molding Team Leader** to work **Graveyard** **Shift** in our Molding Manufacturing Department. The Molding Team Lead is responsible for leading a production team, keeping production flowing, meeting performance goals and for maintaining a high level of safety/quality. **Job Duties:** - Manages time and attendance of production team - Maintains communication between departments supporting production - Establishes and supports pillars; people, safety, quality, delivery, cost while executing production goals - Assists in setting up production lines and troubleshooting the injection molding process - Performs root cause analysis and CAPAs - Maintains and manages 5S in the production areas - Trains production team on applicable procedures to the production area - Ensures equipment and work area cleanliness - Maintains accurate shift reporting - Ensures documentation, manufacturing areas conform to GMP and Standard Operating Procedures at all times - Must be a team player - Assists in the development of employees and procedures - Works with each employee in the area in performance coaching - Leads continuous improvement team **Qualifications:** - Team Leadership in a Manufacturing environment preferred - Team oriented - Good communicator - Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills - Willing to work overtime when needed - Ability to work at a fast pace and is multitask talented - Basic math and writing skills - Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies - Experience with Oracle and Microsoft office Ultradent is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
