We provide testing, remediation, mitigation, duct cleaning, crawlspace encapsulation, air purification, dehumidification, and related services. **Position Summary** The Technician completes IAQ-related jobs while following all safety standards, company procedures, and customer service expectations. New hires typically work alongside a Senior Technician or Crew Chief until trained for independent work. **Responsibilities** - Follow direction from management, supervisors, and inspectors - Drive company vehicle to job sites - Use PPE properly on all jobs - Follow job scopes and maintain clean work areas - Set containment, protect property, and set up remediation equipment - Perform cleaning, HEPA vacuuming, demolition, remediation, duct cleaning, crawlspace encapsulation, and deodorization - Install air purification units and dehumidifiers - Collect documentation and use CRM/operations software - Perform services to GHS, IICRC, and industry standards **Requirements** - Lift 50 lbs - Valid driver’s license - Comfortable in tight spaces - Able to wear respirator/PPE - Basic technology/CRM skills - Attention to detail - Ability to follow directions and learn technical protocols **Pay & Advancement**This position begins with a **90-day introductory employment period** to evaluate performance, reliability, and long-term fit.
