**Position Summary:** The primary responsibility of the Mold Preventive Maintenance Trainee is to assist with and complete scheduled preventive maintenance activities on molds used in production operations. This includes cleaning, greasing, polishing, and supporting minor maintenance activities while following all company safety and quality standards. **Shift:** 7am-3:30pm & 3pm-11:30pm | Monday - Friday (Rotating schedule with weekends and overtime as needed) **Primary Responsibilities:** Ensure all activity and operations are performed in accordance with company safety rules, regulations and Lockout/Tagout procedures. - Comply with all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements. - Inspect mold shop equipment prior to use and notify the supervisor of any unsafe or malfunctioning equipment or tools. - Assist in ensuring molds are properly stored to prevent damage and organized for efficient access and retrieval. - Perform daily mold and tooling preventive maintenance activities as assigned. - Clean and polish molds as required. - Complete daily preventive maintenance checklists in IQMS. - Create work orders for all auxiliary equipment repairs as needed. - Maintain the preventive maintenance cart in good working order and replenish supplies for the next shift. - Assist with auditing shipments for count and accuracy using SAP, RF scanners, or other tracking tools. - Replenish label and ink supplies and perform minor printer maintenance. - Label product on the dock as needed. - Maintain good housekeeping and organization within the work area. - Work closely with team members and manager to support production and maintenance goals. **Required Qualifications:** - High School Diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training preferred. - 1-2 years experience working in a Manufacturing environment. - Ability to understand and follow standardized work instructions. - Demonstrates good judgment and decision-making skills. - Must successfully pass Corelle Brands pre-employment physical assessment. - Ability to stand and move throughout the production floor for up to 8 hours. - Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and air-powered tools. - Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds; team lift required for items over 45 pounds. - Ability to safely use step ladders and access molding machines to complete cleaning and minor maintenance tasks. - Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. 7am-3:30pm & 3pm-11:30pm | Monday - Friday (Rotating schedule with weekends and overtime as needed)
