Modern Workplace Engineer (Microsoft 365 & Intune)

As a **Modern Workplace Engineer**, you will play a key role in designing, building, and evolving our global digital workplace environment. You will own and optimize Microsoft 365 and endpoint management services, ensuring secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that enhance productivity across our international organization. This role combines **technical expertise, engineering mindset, and global collaboration**. #### Key Responsibilities - Design and manage **Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint environments** - Drive **device management, security policies, and automation** - Lead **endpoint strategy (Autopilot, lifecycle, compliance)** - Troubleshoot complex issues and improve **global IT services** - Work cross-functionally with **IT, Security, and Cloud teams** #### Your Profile - 5+ years in IT, focusing on **Modern Workplace / EUC** - Strong experience with **Intune, M365, Azure AD (Entra)** - Knowledge of **endpoint management, MDM/MAM, security best practices** - Hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable in **global environments**
