Come, stay, and grow with us. ## What Drives Success As a Model Maker III, you will use blueprints, drawings, and/or CAD designs to create models according to established specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Create, design, and construct tools and parts in a variety of materials. - Perform minor repair on model making machinery. - Assist technicians in visualizing concepts or finished products. - Inspect parts and determines if parts meet requirements of standards, and specifications. ## What We Are Looking For - High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - At least 5 years related experience. - Excellent oral and written communications skills. - Expert knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of models using precision technical plans, blueprints, and drawings. ## What We Offer **Compensation**: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $65,600 - $86,100 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
