Mixing I

As an Mixer I you will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment according to specifications. This is an entry level production position. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday (5am to 3pm) will overtime required on weekends. You will report to the Production Supervisor and be part of the Production Team. A day in the life of an Operator I can look like - Creating a safe work environment by ensuring all safety procedures are followed. - Managing the production process to ensure product meets quality specifications. - Working as a team to efficiently set up and monitor production of machines. - Reviews production schedule and verifies expectations of the shift - Reads and communicates Process Route Sheet to determine specific requirements of the job - Operate machines according to Standard Operating Procedures - Maintains housekeeping and organization of assigned area - Communicates quality and safety issues to supervisor immediately - Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor - Operate forklift to move material We are looking for you to have - High School diploma or equivalent - Excellent Communication Skills - Experience in manufacturing environment preferred - Forklift experience - Positive team spirit - Entrepreneurial and customer focus - Learning agility - Ability to deliver what is promised - Ability to build relationships through collaboration - Ability to work in hot and cold conditions What we offer you The benefits of working at AMMEGA go beyond the daily work.
