Mitigation Technician Water Mold Fire Restoration

This role responds to water, fire, and mold losses and performs emergency services to stabilize properties and prevent further damage. This is a hands-on position for someone who works well in fast-paced environments and takes pride in helping customers during difficult situations. Responsibilities - Perform water extraction and structural drying - Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers) - Perform demolition of affected materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, etc.) - Execute mold remediation following proper containment and safety protocols - Perform fire and smoke cleaning of structure and contents - Follow IICRC standards and company SOPs - Document job progress with photos and moisture readings - Maintain a clean and professional jobsite - Provide excellent customer service Qualifications - Experience in water/fire/mold restoration preferred (not required – we train the right candidate) - IICRC certifications are a plus (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT) - Valid driver’s license with clean driving record - Ability to lift 50+ lbs - Comfortable working in confined spaces and wearing PPE - Available for on-call rotation Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour ## Picture yourself here fulfilling your potential.
