We are NOW HIRING for a **Mitigation Technician for our Pueblo territory**. **This will be a "Remote" position with 2-3 days a week in our Colorado** **Springs office**. *A great candidate for this position would have experience with heavy lifting, running machines/equipment, cleaning/ janitorial work, construction/ restoration, and/or general labor.* This is our entry level position with hands on training, paid certifications, and opportunities for growth within the company. **SERVPRO Pueblo** is an industry leading water, mold, and large loss fire restoration company. Technician will travel to the Colorado Springs office 2-3 times a week as needed** **Career Advancement**: We believe in promoting from within supporting the growth and success of our team members. **Travel Opportunities:** SERVPRO Pueblo and Colorado Springs SE is part of a Global Disaster Recovery Team giving you the opportunity to travel and contribute to global aid. **PERKS:** - $22-$25 an hour, ***OT + On Call Bonuses*** - Weekly Pay Schedule - PTO & Sick Pay - Medical, Vison, Dental, Life Insurance - Training and advancement opportunities. - Work for one of the largest and best SERVPRO Franchises **QUALIFICATIONS:** - *Candidates with experience in heavy lifting, running machines/equipment, cleaning/ janitorial work, construction/ restoration, and/or general labor would be successful in this role* - A valid driver’s license is required - Must have great attitude and excellent customer service - Must be willing to be on call occasionally due to our 24-hour emergency services - Some night and weekend work are required **JOB DESCRIPTION:** - Inventory and loading of the work vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project - Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment - Prepare rooms/areas for work activities (extracting standing water, demolition, placing equipment, etc.) - Set up staging area and equipment for each project - Perform production processes following SERVPRO® production guidelines and Crew Chief instruction - Relay customer needs and concerns - Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, leaving job sites looking clean and orderly ***SERVPRO is an equal opportunity employer.
