## Description · Conduct thorough inspections of damaged contents and individual property in residential and commercial settings. · Document the condition of items, catalog them, and photograph them as necessary for insurance claims and restoration purposes. · Safely and efficiently pack, transport, and store contents, ensuring proper care and handling of valuable and sentimental items. · Utilize appropriate cleaning and restoration techniques to restore items to their pre-loss condition, including cleaning, deodorizing, and repairing as needed. · Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. · Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Office Custodian · Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors, carpets, and rugs. Sanitize surfaces such as desks, tables, chairs, and door handles regularly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. · Empty waste bins and recycling containers, and dispose of trash in designated areas. Sort recyclable materials appropriately. · Monitor and replenish restroom supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Refill office supply stations with items like pens, pencils, and notepads. · Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel. Perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, or repairing minor damages as needed. · with periodic deep cleaning tasks, such as shampooing carpets, washing windows, and polishing floors. · Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Handle cleaning chemicals safely and use personal protective equipment when necessary. · Communicate effectively with other staff members and supervisors regarding cleaning schedules, supply needs, and any issues or concerns that arise. ## Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements · Proficient in the English language. · Bilingual abilities are considered an advantage. · Clear criminal background record. - Strong customer service skills. · Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. ## Education and Work Experience Requirements An equivalent combination of the following education and experience would be acceptable for qualification.
