If you are ready to take your career to the next level, and you meet our qualifications, we would like to speak with you! **ESD Project Manager $60,000- $75,000 per year!**The ESD Project Manager is responsible for working with owners and sub-contractors after traumatic events to mitigate and repair damage to commercial and residential property. Manages all aspects of the renovation, as well as controls and communicates the budget effectively. Shows pride upon project completion while providing exceptional customer service representing the Paul Davis brand. **What you'll do:** - Knowledge of practices and procedures of water, fire, and mold mitigation and remediation. - Meets operational objectives of sales, gross margin, brand experience. - Tracks metrics during bi-weekly GS&R. - Confirms scope and budget before start of projects. - Documents all phases of assigned projects - Ensures compliance with standards and regulations through consistent documentation. - Participates in local community events. - Job Site Supervision of technicians and\or outside vendors. - Scheduling of technicians through Mitigation Manager. - Manages relationship and expectations with the customer - Builds relationships with key customers – direct and B2B. - Work cooperatively with employees, contractors/vendors, outside agencies, and the public. - Seeks partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesmen. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Other duties as assigned. **Requirements:** - Ability to lead and develop team. - Career emphasis on learning and continuing education. - Sound planning and organizational skills. - IICRC Training and Designations a plus (Fire, Water, Odor, Upholstery Restoration). - Valid driver’s license and background check with a clean record. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. - 1 – 3 years in a professional setting. - Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time. - Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights and lifting up to 50 pounds. - Ability to work on call and irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays. **Disclaimer:** Paul Davis Restoration is an equal opportunity employer.
