It takes heart, ownership, and a commitment to doing things the right way. **We are a high performing, close knit team that believes:** - Details are everything because accuracy drives trust, speed, and getting paid - We care genuinely and show up for our customers and each other - We support fiercely because our people are our secret sauce - We generate smiles by creating a better experience even in tough situations If you lead from the front, hold high standards, and take pride in developing people and delivering great work, you will fit right in. **What You’ll Do** You will own the execution of mitigation jobs from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. - Lead, schedule, and manage multiple mitigation crews across active jobs - Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to keep jobs moving efficiently - Ensure all work is completed according to scope and industry standards - Partner closely with estimators to align scope and execution - Communicate with clients, adjusters, and third party partners throughout the job - Monitor job progress, adjust plans as needed, and solve problems in real time - Ensure all job documentation is complete, accurate, and audit ready - Enforce safety standards and proper job site practices - Manage vehicles, equipment, and inventory - Support business growth by helping maintain a full and productive schedule **What Success Looks Like** - Your jobs run on time, on budget, and without constant issues - Leads are responded to with a sense of urgency - Your crews feel supported, know what’s expected and consistently deliver quality work - Problems are solved quickly without escalation - Documentation is complete and supports smooth billing and collections - Customers feel informed, supported, and taken care of **What We’re Looking For** - **5 plus years of mitigation management experience** - IICRC certifications - Strong leadership and team management skills - Deep understanding of water, mold, and restoration processes - Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities at once - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - High standards for quality, safety, and accountability - Professional presence and willingness to be in the field **Work Environment** - Full time, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM.
