**Job Title: Lead Commercial Door Installer** **Company: Mirror Works - Glendale, AZ** **U.S. Position:** Does not qualify for work visa/sponsorship. **The Company** Mirror Works delivers precision glass and mirror systems for commercial projects across the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area. Our in-house fabrication and installation teams provide consistent execution from frame to finish. In business since 1986, we work alongside general contractors, developers, architects, and builders on projects where coordination matters and details can't be left to chance. ## **Position Summary** Horn Doors, the door and hardware division of Mirror Works, is hiring lead-level commercial door installers. Our work runs across the Phoenix metro, including healthcare projects for Mayo Clinic and HonorHealth. ## **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** - Install hollow metal and wood doors, frames, and finish hardware on commercial jobs. - Work off door schedules and hardware sets. - Handle punch and adjustments. - Coordinate with GC's and other trades. - Other duties as required. ## Qualifications **Required** - High school diploma or equivalent. - 3+ years commercial doors/frames/hardware - Can read a door schedule and hardware schedule cold - Own hand tools - Valid driver's license **Preferred** - OSHA 30 - Access control hardware prep experience a plus - Journeyman-level applicants will be considered - rate scaled to experience. ## **What We're Looking For** - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. - Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team. - Good communication skills and a positive attitude. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the workday. ## **Work Environment** - Ability to work around active fabrication areas. - Mirror Works is a drug-free workplace ## **Compensation & Benefits** - Competitive pay based on experience. - Paid Weekly - Excellent benefit package.
